Insulation at the Forste Home

Volunteers from the VU Law School help to bring the Forste home closer to reality.  Thank You!

Drywall installation at the Forste Home

With guidance from Habitat pros, Bill, Bernie and Don, the youth group from Grace Chapel and the "slightly older" IMPACT group from Immanual Lutheran are installing drywall and moving the Forste home closer to occupancy.  We appreciate, not only our "pros" but the pros in the making who give their time and talent to make a home for the Forste family.

Habitat for Humanity of Porter County is dedicated to building affordable housing in Porter County, Indiana.

We work in partnership with volunteers, local businesses, and organizations to build up families and build community together! With your help we can make the dream of home ownership a reality for the Forste's, a family of 10 partnering with us to build the largest Habitat home in Porter County!

13 Maxwell St. Hebron

The largest Habitat build in Porter County has begun! The Forste family of 10 never thought they would be able to own their own home. You can help us give the Forste children a sustainable home to learn and grow!
