Neighborhood Assistance Program Tax Credits

Habitat is selling tax credits from
the State of Indiana NAP Program. Your donation to Habitat will be increase in value by the tax credit that will reduce your state and federal tax. Ask us how!

Land Donations

Do you have a piece of property that you are not going to use? maybe it's part of an estate you are involved in? Please consider donating the land to Habitat.

About 1/3 of the cost of building a home is the land cost. Through your land donation, you can make a permanent legacy to help create affordable housing in Porter County.

Our newest Habitat Home is going up quickly !

Volunteer Oportunities

All of the mechanical work is complete. The house has been "Sprayfoam insulated for higher energy efficiency. We are working on a drywall donation. Then the finish work will begin. Check back frequently for an update on volunteer days.

Volunteers Needed

We are looking for people who would like to help us with Family Selection and Family Nurture. Also volunteers are needed to help us organize our volunteer coordination efforts.

We are always seeking people interested in serving on Habitat's Board of Directors.
