Through a community collaboration that contains grant funding restrictions over and above our own requirements, we are opening this enrollment period for a home built in Valparaiso to only families having lived and/or worked in Center Township or Valparaiso for the past 12 months.
The Introduction to Homeownership presentation can be viewed here. The presentation will be helpful in preparing for the application period, as the application will include some questions about this presentation.
